Responsibilities

  • Client Consultations: Conduct thorough initial client consultations, providing expert guidance and insights into the nuances of their legal concerns, and outlining potential strengths and challenges in their cases.
  • Case Management: Take charge of a caseload of real estate matters, overseeing each case's progress towards resolution while maintaining regular communication with clients to provide updates on developments.
  • Team Supervision: Provide clear direction, communication, and supervision to support staff, including legal assistants and paralegals, ensuring tasks are delegated effectively and completed with accountability.
  • Document Drafting: Prepare a variety of legal documents essential to real estate transactions, including contracts, leases, occupancy agreements, amendments, and other transactional-related documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
  • Revenue Goal Implementation: Introduce and implement a monthly revenue requirement instead of a billable hour quota, strategically aligning efforts to meet financial objectives while delivering exceptional legal services to clients.

Qualifications

  • Legal Experience: The ideal candidate for the Real Estate Attorney position in Sebastian, FL, US, should currently be a solo practitioner or possess a substantial caseload at a large law firm, demonstrating readiness for increased autonomy and a healthier work-life balance.

Probate Attorney

Established Indian River County Law Firm seeks a probate attorney with experience, to join our growing, expanding team. The ideal candidate is a solo practitioner looking for support and infrastructure of a larger firm, an attorney with a portable book of business, or an attorney looking for a higher volume caseload.

Our Law Firm maintains two offices: one located in Sebastian, Florida, and one in Vero Beach, Florida, and this position will be based out of our Sebastian Office. The potential applicant must be tech-friendly as our Law Firm is data-driven, and uses advanced technology.
