Lulich & Attorneys serves the entire Indian River County, Florida area, including Sebastian, Vero Beach, and Fellsmere. We have two office locations: One in Sebastian and one in Vero Beach, Florida. We have been serving the Indian River County community for over 35 years!

Jordan Lulich, Esquire
J. Lulich is a Board-Certified Florida Real Estate Attorney who concentrates his practice in the areas of Real Property, Business and Estate Planning Law. His typical client includes the representation of buyers, sellers, real estate agents and brokers, and mortgage lenders as well as individuals who are pre-planning on how to leave their legacy.
A large part of his practice entails the issuance of title insurance as he is an authorized title insurance agent for Old Republic National Title Company. Mr. Lulich is a Board-Certified Real Estate Attorney and a licensed Florida Real Estate Instructor. He regularly enjoys serving as a Real Estate Instructor to real estate agents and also regularly presents to Real Estate Brokerages on real estate law and estate planning related topics.
Mr. Lulich is an alumnus of Indian River Charter High School and holds a Bachelor’s Degree and Juris Doctorate from Florida State University. In his free time, he serves on the Board of the Indian River Charter High School, has completed numerous half marathons, 10k races, 5k races, and enjoys time competitively racing.
Mr. Lulich maintains an “AV” rating by Martindale-Hubbell, the largest and most comprehensive rating system among lawyers in the world, which is given by his peers and other fellow Attorneys. Mr. Lulich has also been selected as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers for 2023 and 2024.
Jennifer R. Denorio, Esquire
Jennifer R. Denorio is a licensed Florida Attorney; she is originally from New York and relocated to the Treasure Coast at a young age. Her practice of law concentrates on Estate Planning, Probate, and Trust Administration. Ms. Denorio regularly enjoys presenting seminars on Estate Planning and Estate Administration. In addition, Ms. Denorio is an authorized title insurance agent for Old Republic National Title Company, a board member of Main Street Vero Beach, and a member of the Sebastian Rotary Club.
Ms. Denorio is an alumna of John Carrol High School, holds a bachelor’s degree from Florida State University, and earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Ave Marie School of Law.
While in law school, she was a senior editor of the Law Review, and she belonged to the Elder Law and Estate Planning Association as well as the Italian American Law Student Association.
In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her two dogs, Luna and Ollie.

Elle Nichols, Esquire
Elle Nichols was raised in a family where she watched, learned, and absorbed the practice of law vicariously through her father. Ms. Nichols graduated with honors from law school in Florida and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2009 when she began practicing law. Since starting to practice, she has focused her practice to personal injury cases. Ms. Nichols has handled personal injury cases from their inception through litigation and understands the nuances and complexities that come along with litigation which brings more value to her clients.

Daniella Pulido, Esquire
Daniella Pulido is a licensed Florida Attorney who concentrates her practice in real property and business law. Ms. Pulido grew up in Indian River County and now has the pleasure of serving those in her community. Ms. Pulido is an alumna of Saint Edward’s School, has a bachelor’s degree from Wake Forest University, and earned her Juris Doctor degree from University of South Carolina School of Law.
Ms. Pulido devotes her time to her practice of law as well as serving the community as an assistant soccer coach for Saint Edward’s School and a member of the Sebastian River Area Chamber of Commerce. In her free time, Ms. Pulido enjoys boating, traveling, and time with her dogs and family.

Shannon D. Norvig, Esquire
Mrs. Norvig focuses her practice on Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Administration, Guardianship, Probate Litigation and Estate & Gift Taxation. Mrs. Norvig started her career with the Internal Revenue Service, as an Attorney in the Estate & Gift Taxation division. During her tenure with the IRS, she examined some of the most complex estate plans of some of the wealthiest taxpayers. She has worked cases throughout the US and cases with international components. Her experience with the IRS has made her an expert in various estate plans and valuation techniques. She climbed the career ladder, becoming the youngest Lead Attorney, which assisted other IRS attorneys in evaluating the most complex cases, assisting in the appeals process and preparing cases for litigation. She moved on to an IRS policy position, which provided guidance to the entire Estate & Gift program on emerging issues, complicated procedures and processes, applicable federal and state laws and relevant case case law. Mrs. Norvig knows the pitfalls of poor planning and administration. She is aware of the issues that often result in an IRS audit. She has extensive knowledge on the audit and appeals process.
Mrs. Norvig is dedicated to her work and believes a sound Estate planning is needed at any stage of life, regardless of the amount of wealth, and every plan deserves comprehensive consideration and attention. In addition to practicing law, she enjoys spending time with her family, many outdoor activities, reading and cooking. Mrs. Norvig and her family have resided in Indian River County for almost a decade and are proud to call it home.

Amber Kourofsky, Of Counsel
Experienced practicing in State and Federal Court, and Appellate Courts, for Plaintiffs or Defendants, and Creditors or Debtors, and with the representation of clients ranging from large corporations to individuals in a variety of actions across the State, Amber Kourofsky, Esq., has been recognized for Excellence in Law.
Admitted to the Florida State Bar in 2010, and is currently in good standing and is admitted to practice the Middle, Northern, and Southern Bankruptcy, and District Courts of Florida, as well as all Florida State Courts. She has represented a party in every Appellate Court in Florida.
With more than 15 years of practiced experience in law, Ms. Kourofsky has achieved professional success through her focus in civil law. In her position as the principal owner of AK LAW, PLLC, she serves as a civil and commercial litigator in all Florida State Courts, as well as all Florida Federal District Courts, Bankruptcy Courts and Appellate Courts. In addition, Ms. Kourofsky has found success being Of-Counsel for many law firms across Florida, as well as in in partnership with law firms in Georgia and California.
Prior to embarking upon her professional journey, Ms. Kourofsky earned an Associate of Arts from Tallahassee Community College in 2002. She later went on to graduate, magna cum laude, from Florida State University in 2004, with a Bachelor of Science majoring in Psychology and a minoring in Art. After college Amber worked as an Account Executive at HSBC/Beneficial in New York State, where she grew up. When deciding to go to law school to continue her education, Amber backpacked Western Europe for a month. Upon returning from her travels, she moved back to Florid, and in 2010, she graduated from Stetson University College of Law with a Doctor of Jurisprudence. While attending Stetson University College of Law she interned for the Honorable Caryl E. DeLano, the current Chief Judge for the Middle District of Florida Bankruptcy Court. Ms. Kourofsky graduated from Stetson University College of Law as a recipient of the William F. Blews Pro Bono Award for her service at Gulfport Legal Services, the Community Law Program, and the National Clearinghouse for Science, Technology and the Law.
As a commitment to her field, Ms. Kourofsky has been active with several industry-related organizations, such as the Florida Bar, the Bankruptcy Bar Association for the Southern District of Florida, the National Creditors Bar Association, and many local bar associations throughout Florida (Indian River County, Broward County, St. Lucie County, Hillsborough County, and Pinellas County). To commemorate her accomplishments, in 2016 the Florida Supreme Court awarded her a commendation for providing excellence in pro bono services at AK LAW, PLLC. In 2017 Amber appeared on Stewart Alexander’s Let’s Talk Bankruptcy Series, and co-authored Worry-Free Bankruptcy: Conversations with Leading Bankruptcy Professionals, published in 2018, and is an approved speaker and presenter for the Florida Bar for Bankruptcy Law. Ms. Kourofsky worked as the Senior Civil Staff Attorney for the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit Court in and for the State of Florida where she law clerked for sixteen (16) civil state circuit judges and all civil divisions. Amber was involved in the drafting and issuance of dozens of orders affirmed and upheld by the Fourth District Court of Appeals. In 2021 Amber was inducted into the Marquis Who’s Who in American and will be featured on the cover of Millennial Magazine for the 11th edition.
Looking toward the future, Ms. Kourofsky contemplates running for a position as an elected official either locally, or for the State of Florida. Amber enjoys traveling the globe and is certified in advanced SCUBA.

Alfred G. Morici, Of Counsel
In Memoriam (1944 – 2024)
With a rich tapestry of legal expertise, Alfred G. Morici is a distinguished professional in the field of Wills, Trusts, and Estates, specializing in Probate, Elder Law, and Asset Protection.
Mr. Morici completed his undergraduate studies at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and then went on to University of Santa Clara to obtain his Juris Doctorate. He continued his education at Georgetown University and earned a Masters of Laws in Taxation. Mr. Morici is admitted to the practice of Law in Florida, California, and Virginia.
Mr. Morici is rated “AV” by Martindale Hubbel, and he has received the designation of Accredited Estate Planner by the National Council of Estate Planning Councils.
In his spare time, he enjoys listening to classical music, playing golf, and cooking. Mr. Morici brings a wealth of experience and a commitment to excellence, making significant contributions to the legal community and beyond.

Steven Lulich, Esquire
In Memoriam (1952 – 2023)
Steven Lulich is a licensed Florida Attorney who has served clients in the areas of Personal Injury for the past 35 years. His transactional practice includes representing clients who have been involved in serious injuries, including car accidents, slip & falls, and dog bites. Mr. Lulich has acquired knowledge in injury law and provides him the ability to serve and assist his clients in these types of accidents. He graduated from Nova Law Center and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1985 and moved to Sebastian, Florida in 1985. He enjoys spending his time traveling, fishing, and boating on the Indian River Lagoon.

Jenny Zeran, Of Counsel
Jenny Zeran is a licensed Florida attorney who is an Okeechobee native and currently a resident of Vero Beach. Her practice of law focuses on civil litigation, specifically relating to real estate, business, and contractual disputes. Attorney Zeran has extensive litigation experience as she has previously worked as an Economic Crimes Prosecutor in the Ninth Judicial Circuit dealing with all matters of fraud and theft. During this time, she gained extensive jury trial experience with the completion of over 75 plus jury trials. She currently is admitted to the United States District Court of the Southern District of Florida.
In 2003 Mrs. Zeran obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management focused towards Human Resources. She later graduated Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2009. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading and traveling.

Bob Stone, Esquire
Mr. Stone has accomplished a vast array of achievements throughout his 50 plus years as a Vero Beach Criminal Defense Attorney. Mr. Stone was the City Prosecutor for the city of Fort Pierce, and an assistant public defender. In 1972, he was the first elected full time State Attorney of the 19th Judicial Circuit, and ran additional times without opposition. As State Attorney, Mr. Stone also tried numerous Capitol Murder cases including two major serial killers. Since joining private practice, Mr. Stone focuses his area of practice in State and Federal Criminal Law, Family law, and civil litigation.

Bob Clark, Esquire
Originally from New York, Mr. Clark started his career serving as a police officer. After deciding to transition to law, Mr. Clark went to law school, passed the bar, and started practicing law in Vero Beach in 1968. He has continued to serve the constituents of the Treasure Coast with a strong emphasis on debtor/creditor law including bankruptcies and foreclosures. Mr. Clark also represents clients in the areas of Probate and Estate Planning.
