Jeremiah Walters, Esquire -
Jeremiah is from a small rural town in Indiana where he was raised by his blue-collar grandparents who instilled in him the desire to help those in need. Spending most of his life in an impoverished area, Jeremiah grew to understand the importance of having a structured plan for future success, not just for individuals, but for families as well.
After graduating from a small Christian school in the small town, Jeremiah moved to Indianapolis, Indiana and he attended college at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis, IUPUI, where he received his bachelor’s degree in Public Management in 2010. He then enrolled in Robert H. McKinney Indiana University School of Law where he concentrated on Health Law and earned his Juris Doctorate in 2013. Jeremiah moved to Florida upon receiving his degree.
Jeremiah’s practice is focused on estate planning that incorporates wills, trusts, powers of attorney for administration and healthcare to protect the assets of an individual that have been earned over a lifetime. His elder law practice counsels clients on how to plan for nursing home care and how to establish successful Medicaid and Asset Protection planning strategies.
Jeremiah conducts Estate Planning Workshops and individual meetings on a regular basis to keep current clients informed of changes in the law and to teach the community about careful legal planning.
When not practicing law, Jeremiah enjoys serving his community through his Church, Coastline Community Church, in Indialantic, Florida. He has a heart for helping the homeless and parentless children helped through the services of the Church through Family Promise of Brevard.
